📦 Returns
Custom Orders:
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Standard Products:
If you purchased a non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returned standard items.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
